Terms for passes

What a pass is

A pass lets you attend the group trainings of Hardstyle Kettlebell Training Wädenswil. It is personal, not transferable and not shared. Its offer — the number of visits and how long it is valid — is shown when you buy it and stays as sold.

Booking and cancelling

You book a place in a training with your pass; the booking uses one visit. You can book up to 14 days ahead and until one hour before the start. Cancelling at least 12 hours before the start gives the visit back at once. After that the visit stays used up. If we cancel a training — for example in the school holidays or because the coach is ill — your visit goes back to your pass.

Validity

A pass can only be used while it is valid. A visit is counted on the day of the training. Unused visits of an expired pass lapse. We may extend a pass in individual cases.

Payment

You pay by bank transfer, TWINT or card, as offered when you order. A pass paid by bank transfer or TWINT is usable once we have received your payment, unless we tell you otherwise. Prices include VAT where it applies. Paid passes are not refunded; if you cannot use a pass for a reason you could not influence, write to us.

Health

You train at your own risk and confirm that you are healthy enough for strength training. Tell the coach about injuries before a training.

Changes and law

We may change the timetable, the trainers and the rules for new bookings. Swiss law applies.
